Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are attached and the product is in its original state.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
